What an amazing experience we had during new year! The best welcome ever and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and dining places. The room was spacious, neat and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We loved the bathtub and the Nespresso machine.
There were not many downsides to our stay, but it would have been nice if there was a smoking area or smoking room for guests who smoke. it would have been helpful if there was a bottle opener provided in the room for those who enjoy a bottle of wine in the evening.

We loved staying at this hotel in this city! The hotel is very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. We also enjoyed the perfect location close to everything! The staff was fantastic, always friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff were friendly and gave great local recommendations for things to see and do. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the rooms were cozy and nicely decorated. the holiday decorations added a festive touch to the overall experience.
Despite our request for help, nothing was done to fix the issue.

It was in close proximity to all the attractions we wanted to visit, which made our sightseeing experience easier. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the Nespresso machine for our coffee. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants.
